Managing your subscription

View your plan details, upgrade or downgrade, update payment methods, and download invoices.

View your current plan

Go to Settings → Billing to see:

  • Your current plan (WorkBoss, DispatchBoss, or RetailBoss)
  • Billing cycle (monthly or annual)
  • Next billing date
  • Number of active users

Change your plan

Upgrade

Click Change Plan and select a higher tier. The upgrade takes effect immediately and you’re charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Downgrade

Click Change Plan and select a lower tier. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You’ll keep access to all features until then.

Switch to annual billing

Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly. Click Switch to Annual on the billing page. The change takes effect at your next billing date.

Update payment method

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Method.
  2. Click Update and enter your new card details.
  3. Click Save.

WorkBoss accepts all major credit cards and ACH bank transfers for annual plans.

Download invoices

Billing invoices for your WorkBoss subscription are available under Settings → Billing → Invoice History. Click any invoice to download a PDF for your records or accountant.

Cancel your subscription

We hope it never comes to this, but if you need to cancel:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  4. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days in case you change your mind.
